A Mother's Love is a Selfless Love

1 King 3:26. A mother's love can never be separated from her children. When King Solomon had to decide which mother was the mother of a child, he used his wisdom of a mother's selfless love to decide who was the mother of the child. When both mothers claimed the child, Solomon decreed that the child be cut into two and divided between the two women.

He knew that the true mother would never agree to her child being harmed. As he thought, the true mother with the selfless love for her child spoke up giving her child to the other woman (1 Kings 3:26, "Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it".)

1 KING 3 BIBLE SCRIPTURE 1 Kings 3:26, "Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it."
