Devotional: Angels, Our Ministering Spirits
ANGELS, OUR MINISTERING SPIRITS
Throughout the Bible many, many people witnessed angels. The literal definition of an angel means messenger, a messenger of God. God made angels for this purpose. Angels are different from humans. According to Hebrews 1:14, they are "ministering spirits".

Angels can sin and be destined for Hell. Hell is the only destination for the Devil and his angels [(demons) (2 Peter 2:4, "For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;") (Matthew 25:41, "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:")].
Other things different about angels is that they do not suffer a natural death (Luke 20:36, "Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.") nor do they enter marriage (Matthew 22:30, "For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.").
