Definition of Perfection - Only God is Perfect
Deuteronomy 32:4. The definition of perfection includes "Being without defect or blemish: a perfect specimen". This definition of perfection defines God as well as Jesus who as a God-man walked on this Earth to show us His perfection. God is our Rock that provides us the perfect foundation of what is right and wrong. He is the standard of perfection and the source of truth and righteousness (Deuteronomy 32:4, "He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he"). If we are in disobedient of God's truth and righteousness, we are in sin and not perfect. Only through God can we be perfect because God is the only source of perfection.
BIBLE SCRIPTURE DEUTERONOMY 32 Deuteronomy 32:4, "He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he."
