John 14:17, The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth. As Christians, the Holy Spirit resides in us to comfort us, to guide us, and to be the Spirit of Truth in our lives. The Holy Spirit enables us to discern what is true and what is not.

John 14:6. Jesus was a God-man that walked on this Earth. He offers us salvation through His death and resurrection on the cross to whoever will believe in Him. This is why Jesus is the one way for all of us. He shows us by His life on Earth how to live. Through His death he took the punishment for our sin nature, our disobedience against God.

John 14:27. Many times you may not be the source of strife, but then you get caught up in it. Someone may be boasting, and then you start boasting. Someone attempts to take something of yours and then you take something of theirs. Someone hits you, you hit them back. Only Jesus can free us of the strife of this world. Jesus enables us to not to get caught up in the strife and conflict.
