Coping With Adultery – A Last Alternative Is To Divorce
Matthew 5:32. According to the Bible divorce is an option if your marriage partner commits adultery (Matthew 5:31-32, "It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement: But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery”). At the same time divorce should be the last resort in a marriage, especially if the adulterer repents to God of their wrongdoings.
MATTHEW 5 BIBLE SCRIPTURE: Matthew 5:32, "But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."
