The Resurrection Spirit Is In Us

Romans 8:11. In Romans 8:11 the Bible says that we can have the same spirit in us as the Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead. All we have to do is accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Through His act on the cross we are made clean and righteous enabling the resurrection spirit to enter us (Romans 8:10). With the spirit of the resurrection in us we are able to defeat death and sin (Romans 8:13). All Christians have this spirit of God in them and they will defeat death. This spirit in us will defeat sin and death just as with the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

ROMANS 8 BIBLE SCRIPTURE Romans 8:11, "But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you."
