This is what happened with Jacob's relationship with Laban. Laban, Jacob's uncle and father-in-law, was always trying to get the better end of the deal with his dealings with Jacob.

Deuteronomy 30:19. When you are having feelings of being unloved, you are in a time of transition. This could be problems with your marriage or any of your relationships. The real problem is your relationship with God. If you are feeling unloved, you are out of relationship with God.

Revelation 19:10. Part of being a Christian brethren is to spread the testimony of Jesus Christ. In the book of Revelation an angel tells John (the author of Revelation) that he is a “ fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus”.
