A father-child relationship should bring comfort and peace to both the father and the child just as God brings comfort to His children as the god of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3, "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;").

BIBLE SCRIPTURE: 2 Corinthians 1:3, "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;
