Romans 7:13. Many of us do not realize that we are slaves of sin. People that are slaves to sin turn into drunks, addicts, liars, thieves, and so on. As slaves, sin controls us to do things that are not good for us. Some us may realize that we are slaves to sin, but many of us do not. Either way, a slave to sin is a lifestyle of false hopes that eventually leads to death.

Romans 3:20. If you have a secret sin in your life, do not think that your good works will make up for that sin. God is clear in the Bible on what sin is and the consequences of sin.

Proverbs 16:9. Your heart is not always your best source for finding your passion. Many times your heart can lead you astray. Passion is a good feeling. It is where you find purpose, energy, and life. Our heart does not always lead us to good things.

Bible Summary. God can see the future because he is the source of all knowledge and wisdom. No one else can see the future unless it is revealed to them from God. God is awesome because he is able to do more than just see the future, he is able to declare what the future will be. Seeing the future and declaring the future is something that only God can do.

God is all powerful, all present, and all knowing.

Summary of John 15. Jesus tell us that He is the true vine. He tells us to abide in Him and He will abide in us. If He abides in us, we can ask what we will and it shall be done. Keep His commandments, and we shall abide in His love. His commandment is to love one another. He that hates Jesus also hates God.

Exodus 20:14. In our society it sounds strange that someone would tell us that we should not live together before marriage. It may sound strange, but this is what God told the Israelites in the Wilderness, and this is what He is telling us today. In the Book of Exodus, God gave the Israelites the Ten Commandments.

2 Thessalonians 3:10-13. The Bible has many scriptures that someone can use to support or refute wealth distribution in a given society. On the one hand, the Bible tells us to give to the needy. Then on the other hand, the Bible tells us that if you do not work you do not eat (2 Thessalonians 3:10). 2 Thessalonians 3:10-13 resolves this conflict.

Exodus 20:7. Below are some reasons not to take the Lord's name in vain.

Isaiah 5:20. It is so tempting to call something evil good, but in the end it will end in calamity and God's judgment. Isaiah 5:20 says, "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" We must seek God's truth in everything we do.

Romans 8:28. Good values lead to good things. From a Christian perspective, what we value comes from God. This is God's purpose in our lives. If we fulfill God's purpose in our lives, He will take care of us. Godly values are of God and are God. God is love. God is good. God is truth. God is righteous and so on.

Deuteronomy 30:19. When you are having feelings of being unloved, you are in a time of transition. This could be problems with your marriage or any of your relationships. The real problem is your relationship with God. If you are feeling unloved, you are out of relationship with God.

Hebrews 13:1. In Hebrews 13:1, Paul tells us to “Let brotherly love continue”. Brotherly kindness and love are not acts that we do on special occasions. It is a lifestyle, a Christian way of life. Paul goes on in Hebrews chapter 13 to tell us what we need to do to have brotherly kindness. Brotherly kindness includes:

2 Samuel 9:3. Human kindness is closely linked to the concept of mercy. Mercy is defined in the dictionary as “compassionate or kindly forbearance shown toward an offender, an enemy, or other person in one's power; compassion, pity, or benevolence:”. To have mercy on someone is at the heart of human kindness.

Exodus 20:6. The purpose of Government is to encourage people to do right. What is right and what is wrong is an age-old question, but from a Christian perspective what is right is embodied in the Ten Commandments. Specifically, God gave the Ten Commandments to the Israelites as a basis for them to live right.
