Biblical Commentary From the Epistles and Revelation
Books: James, 1st Peter, 2nd Peter, 1st John, 2nd John, 3rd John, Jude, & Revelation. The word "epistle" means letters. The apostle Paul wrote fourteen of these "letter" and the other seven are considered the "general epistles". They are called "general" because they are not addressed to anybody in particular. On the other hand, the earlier Epistles were written specifically to certain people. The "general" epistles, written by James, Peter, John, and Jude, are named after who wrote them. Below are links to Biblical commentary and advise from the general epistles. See Biblical Commentary from the Pauline Epistles for more Biblical commentary from the epistles.
