2 timothy 2:13. Sanctification is a process for overcoming unbelief in God. Sanctification is also a process for putting our belief into action. Sanctification is a spiritual process where we supersede our physical five senses to come into a closer relationship with a supernatural God. To be sanctified is to be set aside for God.

Ephesians 6:6. For some people, the source of why they are unhappy is that they are too busy trying to please man instead of God. God is the only true source of joy in people's lives, not man. God is the only one that can guarantee joy. He is the only one that has the power and the will to make people happy. A wife or husband cannot guarantee happiness. A child cannot guarantee happiness.

Deuteronomy 13:3. Only if you love God with all your heart, body, and soul, will you understand true prophecy. Many people may prophesy great and wondrous things about the future, but not all prophesies are from God.

Matthew 25:10. The Bible tells us that perseverance and preparation go together. In the Parable of the Ten Virgins both the foolish and wise virgin persevered in their calling, but only the wise virgins succeeded. The ten virgins were to use their lamps to greet and light the way for the bridegroom that was to arrive at his wedding at night.

1 Corinthians 10:13. Success in resisting temptation is based on our relationship and obedience to God. Sometimes we may feel that a temptation is so strong that there is no way to resist it. This temptation may be food, sex, pride, or anything.

Sacrifice: IT PAYS TO HONOR GOD

A poor widow, who made her living by doing washings, had two wayward sons. This poor woman heard of a mission, where souls were saved, which was about to be closed for lack of funds. The amount necessary was about $500.00. She was greatly interested and longed for that amount of money, stating she would gladly give it if she had it.

Bible Summary. There is a God. The reason we lack is that we do not really believe God's promises and we are not obedient to Him. The Lord is our shepherd. If we are His good and faithful sheep, we will not go lacking. Most of us know that our parents will always strive to provide us with good things. God who is perfect and never lies can do so much better in providing us good things.

Diligence enable us to exercise our Christian faith to achieve God's purpose in our lives. True faith gives us the diligence and the resolve to live a Christian life that is full of righteousness and love. Our Christian diligence is our proof that we love God. Diligence gives us the assurance of our Christian calling and election.

Matthew 25:13. The parable of the Ten Virgins provides us several examples of how important is for Christians to be diligent in their faith. Christian diligence is where a Christian exercises their faith in a wise, consistent, and earnest effort. Diligent Christians believe God's promises and act accordingly in a wise and watchful manner.

Romans 8:25. The Bible says that both hope and patience are needed to have either one be of any use to anyone. If you have no hope, you will not have any patience. This is self-evident in that if you have no hope or purpose, why wait? Why suffer? Just give up.

Romans 16:26. God is the source of all knowledge, both revealed and secret knowledge. God is who decides what knowledge is revealed to mankind and what knowledge is kept secret. This is what happened almost 2,000 years ago when God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to reveal the greatest mystery to mankind. This mystery was (is) Jesus Christ and His salvation plan for mankind.

1 Corinthians 13:13. Christian theologians have traditionally identified faith, hope, and charity (love) as the three Christian virtues (Three Theological Virtues). Of the three Christian virtues, love is the greatest (1 Corinthians 13:13, “1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity”).

Psalms 118:8. The Bible has good advice on how to trust someone. The short answer is love people, but trust no one except God. If you think about it, trust is all centered on the likelihood that someone will fulfill a promise. Examples of promises are: "I will never lie to you", "I will always love you", "I will always be there for you".

James 2:22. The definition of perfection includes "Completely suited for a particular purpose - accurately reproducing an original". This is how God desires for us to be perfect. He desires for us to exercise our faith in his promises by doing good works to become like Him.

Matthew 25:21. Jesus’ story of the five golden talents is a good example of Christian diligence. The parable illustrates how we should be industrious with the talents that God provides us. In the parable, the lord provided each of his servants a certain number of golden talents.
