Luke 4:18. The power of the Holy Spirit is provided to us for a purpose. The Holy Spirit's power is given to us to do good works. Being under the power of the Holy Spirit is a wondrous feeling that empowers us to do great things.

Genesis 2:21. There are many needs for sleep. God has all of us sleep for a reason. One of the reasons is for Him to do a work in us. God can give us insight, visions, and directions why we are awake, but sometimes for Him to do something special in us He needs us to be asleep. This is a time when He can have our full attention and He can have complete control over our faculties.

Matthew 13:15. If you continually ask yourself, “Why am I unhappy”, it may be because you do not have Christ in your life. The Bible tells us that someone that is dull, listless, and looking inward on everything is far from God. It is this type of unhappy lifestyle that negatively affects both the mind and body.

Bible Summary. The four Gospels of the Bible provide eyewitness testimony to the miracles of Jesus. The miracles of Jesus include Jesus healing the blind, Jesus casting out demons, Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead, and Jesus walking on water. Miracles can be defined as supernatural acts that happen in the natural world.

2 Kings 5:11. It is in our human nature to come up with good excuses not to obey God. One of the most subtle excuses we can give when God calls us is to say that “this is not God's way”. The Bible has many examples where people resisted God's calling because they had preconceived ideas about God.

Romans 8:26. The Holy Spirit shows us how to make intersession for others. Even when we do know what to pray for, the Holy Spirit will guide us and lead us in spiritual warfare. Intercession is spiritual warfare because through it we secure blessings for others. The Holy Spirit helps us to overcome our own weaknesses and obtain the blessings of God.

Exodus 15:26. Exodus 15:26, says "And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee".

1 Corinthians 12:9. Healing is a spiritual gift to be used in spiritual warfare. It is a supernatural power to heal all manner of sickness without human aid or medicine. In this case, spiritual warfare reaches down into the physical world to heal and restore health and the body.

Acts 10:38. The Holy Ghost gives us the power to heal. When the Holy Ghost is in us we have God in us. His power can be used in spiritual warfare to heal people. People that are in need of physical healing are oppressed by the devil or other spiritual power. Through our sinful and imperfect nature the devil can oppress us with every know disease and infirmity.

Acts 3:6. Many people will say help me with their physical needs, but their spiritual needs are greater. When helping people, we need to make sure to take any opportunity we can to minister to their spiritual needs. There may be some times when we cannot help someone with their physical needs, but we can help them with their spiritual needs.
