THE PASSIONATE COMMITMENT

God’s Will is For Us To Keep His Commandments

Ecclesiastes 12:13: Many of us ask how to know God’s will. We love God, but we are unsure of what he wants from us. King Solomon had these questions in the book of Ecclesiastes. He had tried everything under the sun, but he found everything was vanity. It is only at the conclusion of the book of Ecclesiastes that he answers his own question about how to know God’s will.

This applies to our financial blessings, our spiritual blessings, and the blessings of wisdom that God has bestowed unto us. Luke 12:48 says, “But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes.

Fear God Because it is Our Duty to Do So

Ecclesiastes 12:13. Some people fear and worship God. Others either do not acknowledge God, or ask why they should fear God. The Bible tells us that it is our “whole” duty to fear God.

The Strong Leader – A Father Characteristic

Through a fathers training and guidance, his children become obedient and fruitful to do the Lord's will. Well brought up children make a father stronger by their obedience and their fruitfulness in the Lord.
