Ephesians 5:14. Without Christ we are all spiritually dead. We are spiritually dead because of our disobedient sin that has separated us from God. Though God loves us, he cannot be in the presence of our sin. Through his love he has a salvation plan to save us from spiritual death and eventual eternal death.
