Prayer Is The Way To Win In Spiritual Warfare.
The prayer that God desires from us comes from the heart. When we delight in prayer and seek God’s truth day and night, we will prosper. Psalm 1:2 advises us to meditate on God’s word day and night.
Psalm 1:2, “But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”
Prayer Equips Us for Spiritual Warfare.
Prayer maintains our salvation and our knowledge of God’s love. Prayer in conjunction with our continuous study of the Bible fully equips us for spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6:18 advises to pray always in the Spirit.
Ephesians 6:18, “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”
Intercessory Prayer is a Spiritual Warfare Weapon to Bring God Into the Fight.
If you totally surrender to God’s will, your intercessory prayers will bring God into the fight. This is what spiritual warfare and intersession are all about. If we are of God and what we are asking for is Godly, God will answer our prayers. Jeremiah 27:18 advises us that God will act on our intercessory prayers if we are of Him.
Jeremiah 27:18, “But if they be prophets, and if the word of the LORD be with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go not to Babylon.”
