The Bible is God's truth in written form. God's truth is something we discover and grow to love. It is our love of God's truth that enable us to repent and obey God. If we turn away from God's truth, we also turn away from God. Through a Christian's love of truth, he or she gains in faith and the assurance of their salvation. You Show Your Love Of God's Truth When You Repent and Obey.

Matthew 25:29. The Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14 - 30) provides excellent examples of values. The parable illustrates how the diligent who act on God's truth continue to receive increase versus the slothful who seek excuses will receive decrease. In the parable, the lord provided each of his servants a certain number of golden talents. It was not said, but it was known by all of his servants that the lord expected them to increase his golden talents while he was gone.

Philippians 4:8. If you are feeling unloved in a relationship, you need to think on the good things of God to show you the way. Above all do not separate yourself from Christian believers. Stay in church, stay under the word and allow peace to have her perfect work in you. Jesus is peace. Allow Him to reign in your heart, mind and soul. Think on whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, Whatever things are lovely, what ever things are of good report.

1 Corinthians 13:6. True Love rejoices in things of God. The things of God include love itself, truth, and goodness. God is the only source of all true love, truth, and goodness. Without God there is no true love, truth, or goodness. Someone that is in true love hates sin (disobedience to God), not glad when others are wrong, and always happy by the goodness in others. True love rejoices in God's truth and righteousness (1 Corinthians 13:6, “Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;”).

Revelation 19:10. Part of being a Christian brethren is to spread the testimony of Jesus Christ. In the book of Revelation an angel tells John (the author of Revelation) that he is a “ fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus”. All of us that call ourselves Christian brethren have the responsibility to spread the testimony of Jesus Christ, the Good News. We may think that we are not as well equipped as our local Pastor or a television evangelist, but God has given us all special talents and gifts to spread the Gospel.

1 Timothy 6:5. Many of us to include Christians can caught up in worldly goods and worldly knowledge and think it is a form of Godliness.(2 Timothy 3:5). First, godliness is about truth and not about worldly knowledge. Godliness is about speaking God's truth and not about winning arguments. There are many smart people in the world, but many of them are far from godliness. Also, godliness is about spiritual things and not about Earthly trappings. God may have blessed us with wealth. We may give to the poor and pay tithes, but that does not make us godly. We cannot buy godliness.

Psalms 85:16. God provides us the best example when learning patience and long-suffering. He is a truly a God of patience. The Bible shows us ample examples of where God has shown His patience with His creation, mankind. In the Old Testament, the Israelites time and time again disobeyed God to worship other idols and to do what they thought best. The Israelites were a chosen people to fulfill their Creator's purpose, but instead they continuously rebelled against God. God was more than justified to have disowned the Israelites, but He loved them.

Philippians 4:8. Jesus has revealed to mankind the virtues of God. Christian virtues include truth, honesty, righteousness, purity, love, and goodness. Through Jesus and self-control, anyone can achieve Christian virtues. Self-control is achieved by meditating on these virtues of Christ. Christ has given all Christian believers the power to live out the virtues of God and to sin no more. Philippians 4:8 say to think on “...
