Wonder or Miracle
God's Miracles - The Supernatural In The Natural World
God's miracles are supernatural acts that happen in the natural world. At the same time, all miracles are not of God. There are people that are not of God that can perform signs and wonders. Miracles are evidence of the supernatural and that there is a God. The supernatural (the not seen) of this world is evident by miracles and unexplained phenomenon. Many of God's miracles can be explained away, but much of it cannot. Christians have a supernatural power to perform miracles that comes from receiving the Holy Ghost. See below for more commentary and scriptures on God's miracles.
The World Defined - Natural and Supernatural
The world consists of both the natural and supernatural, the material and the spiritual. The Bible provides a full explanation of natural and supernatural phenomenon that cannot be adequately explained by man-made doctrines. Leading scientific doctrines address what can be perceive with our five natural senses, but omits or attempts to disprove supernatural phenomenon. Fully adhering to many of these theories that deny the supernatural amounts to denying God's existence because He is a supernatural being. We cannot deny the supernatural and at the same time say we believe in God.
Feeling Unloved Because You Do Not Love Yourself
Psalms 139:14. If you are feeling unloved, it is because you do not love yourself. If you are in a loveless marriage, you need to concentrate solely on you. Why are you so broken? Why were you so desperate to get married? Whatever you were running away from then that is haunting you now? The void you are trying to get your husband or wife to fill is reserved for God and God alone. Only He can make you feel safe, loved, and secure. Everything around you can change, but God is the only absolute.
The Salvation That Jesus Offers Us
Mark 10:27. When talking about how someone could go to Heaven and avoid Hell, someone asked Jesus how they could be saved. Jesus said, "...With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible" (Mark 10:24). This is why Jesus, the God-man, came on this Earth to save all of us from damnation, eternal separation from God. This is why Jesus is the one way to Heaven and the only path in our lives that does not lead to Hell. For more commentary on Jesus' path of salvation see links below.
The Secret Knowledge and Mysteries of God's Divine Nature
Colossians 2:2. God's divine nature is a complete mystery to most of us. Our knowledge of God is not controlled by us, but by God. He is the source of all knowledge, both revealed knowledge and secret knowledge. Even someone that studies God for years will only know what God has revealed to that person and mankind. God's knowledge, His love, and His Goodness can never be fully comprehended by mankind. The primary reason that it is difficult to understand God's divine nature is that He is just so much larger than us. He is all knowing, all-powerful, and all present.
Miracles - The Supernatural In The Natural World
Acts 4:16. The natural and supernatural both exist in our lives. We cannot deny it. It is important to see the supernatural that is in our lives. If we deceive ourselves that there is no supernatural power, we are basically denying that there is a God. God puts miracles in our lives to manifest His glory and to reinforce our faith (John 2:11, "This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him").
The Evidence Of the Supernatural
2 Corinthians 4:18. The supernatural (the not seen) of this world is evident by miracles and unexplained phenomenon. Many miracles can be explained away, but much of it cannot. The actual creation of this world was a miracle not explained by natural phenomenon (the seen). Even for those that believe in evolution, they cannot provide a reasonable account of how life and matter got started. Evolution and the "Big Bang" theory have a supernatural, underlying assumption. That assumption being a supernatural, eternal power (God) who would have had to set off the "big bang".
All Miracles Are Not God's Miracles
Matthew 24:24. Not all miracles come from God. God is all powerful, but not all miracles come from God. There are people that are not of God that can perform signs and wonders (Matthews 24:24, "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders..."). Though the ungodly can have supernatural power, Christians have a stronger power.
God's Miracles Reinforce Our Faith
John 2:11. God's miracles are supernatural acts that happen in the natural world. God's miracles provide us evidence that God exists. God is a supernatural person. God does not just operate within our five senses. With God being supernatural, God's Miracles are manifestations of God being supernatural.
