God rewards us based on our faith and not based on our individual work results. God is looking at our heart, and not counting our individual achievements or how much wealth we can accumulate in life. True work success is laboring in God's righteousness, love, and truth. It is these eternal things that will endure and enable us to have a relationship with God. Work Success Comes From Hard Work
God blesses honest, hard work. When God is with you, you will succeed in whatever you do at work, at play, or at home. God says that the undeserved will not stay wealthy and that hard workers will succeed, we need to believe Him. God is control and what He says is true. If we stay true and work hard, God will give us success.

Biblical perspective God does want to see us blessed materially, but He desires for us to focus on spiritual things first. True work success is laboring in God's righteousness, His love, and truth. It is these eternal things that will endure and enable us to have a relationship with God. It is these eternal things, and not material things, that will enable us to achieve true work success in anything that we do.
