Revelation 15:4. Godly fear comes to us when we come into relationship with God and His holiness is revealed to us. When we truly understand the godliness of God, we come into a new reality. We are awe struck when we realize that we are in the presence of someone not like anyone we have ever met in our lives.

Psalm 56:4. The Bible tells us not to fear people or anything in this world. Psalms 56:4 says, "In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me." The people around us do have the potential to do us harm more than other creatures or natural disasters.

Esther 3:5. All of us know people that frustrate us. In many cases these people are a cause for anger to flare up in us. People frustrate us because they are not doing what we expect of them or they are preventing us from accomplishing what we desire. The question is should anger be our reaction to being frustrated.

Psalms 139:14. If you are feeling unloved, it is because you do not love yourself. If you are in a loveless marriage, you need to concentrate solely on you. Why are you so broken? Why were you so desperate to get married? Whatever you were running away from then that is haunting you now? The void you are trying to get your husband or wife to fill is reserved for God and God alone.

Revelation 19:10. Part of being a Christian brethren is to spread the testimony of Jesus Christ. In the book of Revelation an angel tells John (the author of Revelation) that he is a “ fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus”.

Joshua 7:19. God is Truth; He is Righteous; He is the only one that is perfect. When we ask God to have mercy on us a sinner (confessing our sins, our disobedient, our shortfalls), we give God glory that all Truth and all Righteousness flow from Him. We worship Him by acknowledging His perfection and by us admitting our imperfection (sin nature).

Romans 1:25. It is usually the wise that get caught up in the nature vs nurture debate. But in reality we are fools if we take a strong position on either side of this debate (Romans 1:22, “Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools”).

Romans 1:25. Many of us may worship God for a season, but then we make wrong choices by putting other things above God. When we lust and worship things above God, we are basically idol worshiping. God made it part our human nature to worship. The problem is that instead of worshiping God we will worship the other woman, our job, our car, or even ourselves.

Romans 1:25. Our sin nature continues to ask the question, is there a God, because we want to be disobedient to God. We desire to be wise and define what is right and wrong (Romans 1:22, "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools").
